Classic Cran-Berry Banana Sauce

This cranberry sauce has a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness, with warm fall spices that make it extra comforting. Enjoy it with Thanksgiving dishes, or use it as a topping for desserts and breakfast items!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt.
