Terms and Conditions

1. Set-Up Time: Vendors must be set up before the start of the event. ** Unless arranged otherwise with event coordinator.

2. Breakdown Time: Vendors are expected to stay until end of event. ** Unless arranged otherwise with event coordinator.

3. Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and tent lighting. The event will run all day into the evening, and park lighting at night is minimal. 

5. Permits: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.

6. Promotions: Indigo will promote each account through our social media platform and send each vendor a CannaFest digital media packet to promote the event through vendor platforms.

7. Media Package: Indigo will provide a media team to document the event. A gallery will be made available for vendors to share and promote after the event.
